Merglo is a merge puzzle where you place and combine numbered tiles to reach a target value. Clear boards across four grid sizes, earn stars for efficient play, collect coins, spin the daily wheel, and use power-ups to push past tricky levels.

This Privacy Policy describes how the Merglo mobile application ("Merglo", "the app", "we", "us") handles information when you use it. By using Merglo you agree to this policy.
Information we collect directly
Merglo does not require an account and does not ask you for personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information about you.
Data stored on your device
Your game progress — levels, stars, coins, power-up counts, settings, and daily reward status — is stored locally on your device only. This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed when you uninstall the app.
Advertising
Merglo displays ads through Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google. To serve and measure ads, AdMob and its partners may collect and process certain information automatically, including your device's advertising identifier, IP address, general device information, and app-usage and interaction data. This information is used to deliver ads (personalized or non-personalized), limit ad repetition, and detect fraud.

Your choices
You can limit ad personalization by resetting or disabling your advertising identifier in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising). On iOS you may also decline the App Tracking Transparency prompt. Uninstalling the app deletes all locally stored game data.
Children's privacy
Merglo is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided such information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
Data security
Because game data is kept on your device and we do not operate servers that store your personal data, the primary safeguard is the security of your own device. Ad-related data is handled by Google under its own security practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Merglo mobile application ("Merglo", "the app", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Merglo you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Licence to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Merglo for your own private, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or resell the app or any part of it except as permitted by law.
Virtual items and Merglo Coins
Merglo includes virtual items such as Merglo Coins (MC) and power-ups. You can earn these in-game or buy Merglo Coins through in-app purchases. Virtual items are a limited, revocable licence to use in-app features — they are not your property, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside the app, and expire when your account access or the app ends.
Purchases, billing, and refunds
In-app purchases are consumable and are processed by the app store you bought them from (Apple App Store or Google Play), under that store's terms and payment methods. We do not process or store your payment details. Once purchased Merglo Coins are credited to your balance and consumed as you use them; purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or granted at the sole discretion of the relevant app store. Refund requests must be made through the app store that handled the purchase.
Advertising
Merglo shows ads, including optional rewarded ads that grant in-game benefits. Ad content is provided by third parties and is not endorsed by us. See our Privacy Policy for how ad-related data is handled.
Acceptable use
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorised third-party tools, tamper with the app, or otherwise interfere with its normal operation or other users' experience. We may limit or end your access if you breach these Terms.
No warranty
Merglo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of game progress, virtual items, or data, arising from your use of the app.
Changes to the app and these Terms
We may update, suspend, or discontinue Merglo or any feature at any time. We may also revise these Terms; changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
